1. Go to The Seller's Market.
2. Complete the Online Form.
Complete the online form and attach a good quality photo of your item. No deal will be made without a photo.
3. Make A Deal Decision.
If your item is accepted, you will receive confirmation by e-mail within one working day. If your item is rejected for any reason,
you will be informed by e-mail and all decisions are final.
4. Deal Accepted.
Make-A-Deal will contact the customer via e-mail within 48 hours to arrange collection of the item/s.
Items will be collected by a member of the Make-a-Deal team, and you will be given a receipt.
5. Validation of Items.
After collection of your item, it will be reviewed by our team and we will email you with an offer price. A small amount of negotiation is acceptable!
If your item is in any way unacceptable, Make-A-Deal will contact you via email within 48 hours, and arrangements will be made for the item/s
to be sent back to you. Please note, by allowing us to take your item away for validation, you agree to pay for it to be returned to you, if it is not as described.
Payment.
Once a price has been agreed, it will be confirmed by e-mail. Depending on which payment option you have selected, payment takes between 3-5 days.
